Print this checklist to help you through your Pre-Delivery Inspection. Note any items that are damaged, missing, incomplete or not operating properly. If you cannot assess something because it has not yet been installed, completed or cleaned, note this as well.
If you are unsure about whether an item is damaged, incomplete or not operating properly, you can also check the Construction Performance Guidelines, which outlines minimum acceptable standards of quality for many of the items on which Tarion receives warranty complaints.
