E2 Condos is a condo project by Bazis Inc, Metropia & RioCan REIT . E Condos 2 is located at 8 Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto it is phase 2 of E condos and have a 48 storey tower with 617 mixed condo units.
E2 Condos unit mix calls for 10 bachelor, 443 one-bedroom, and 164 two-bedroom suites, and a three-level parking garage with 131 underground parking spaces, the project will also have 618 bicycle spaces , that will 556 reserved for residents and 62 for visitors.
